The most noticeable feature on Akira is probably her red eyes. However, they do turn rusty brown in dull daylight for some apparent reason yet glow in the moonlight. Akira's other noticable feature is her near porcelain skin, making people wonder if she is actually human. In truth, she used to not be. However, her actual face did not affect her skin tone; she is naturally very pale.
Akira's short jet black hair, as well as a combo of her eyes, makes her not seem related to her sister, not to mention the way she dresses. Unlike Sonia, with her beautiful gown, Akira wears a red tube top, mostly covers by her black jacket that comes to her elbows, and refuses to button at the top due to her impressive breast size, which is another notable feature.
Akira completes the look with a black mini skirt, though worn under it is a spandex shorts that sometimes is shown, and black sandals. Akira stands around 5'5", an average height for a person, and looks around near her age, or younger. The youngest she has ever been called was 21, due to her unmistakable adult-like features.
PERSONALITY[/font]
Akira is described as one universal word: Unpredictable. Akira's mood fluxuates from time to time, and it is only in certain situations is her reactions predictable. However, Akira does follow some rules to how she treats people. Unless someone catches her eye, Akria is not interested, easily annoyed, and may attack even if unprovoked. However, the tendencies of attacking is far less than annoyance and uninterest.
Becoming her friend can be easy or hard, since it varies from situation to situation. However, once her friend, her tendency of attacking will drop to zero. There was a point of time where the chance was still high, however, that is no longer the case. Akira acts a bit protective of her friends, just a bit, but will still be very stubborn about being protective.
Her higher friends, once that can't just come and go, will realize that that they just became friends with a potential mother. Akira will protect them and care for them and her anger will be directed towards enemies, not friends, at this stage. It will be hard to annoy her at this stage, though the possibility is still there. However, there is a level which possibly no one but Scara could reach.
The motherly stage. Akira has claimed to be Scara's guardian and is fiercely ferocious when it comes to Scara. She would bend over backwards until her spine breaks for this one girl. Akira is normally grumpy or enraged when she doesn't know where Scara is, so this is where people should avoid her the most - grumpy leads to a high chance of attack.
But Akira is a sweetheart, a cannibal, a ferocious bear, a bit crazy, is--nevermind.

Akira was born, only to be abandoned by her mother and father. Akira doesn't know them to this day, but she has observed Sonia enough, when she was older, to know that her parents were powerful. Akira was tortured by Sonia until her own blood, her survival instinct, drove her to madness, devouring person after person and soon killing became enjoyable. Unlike her sister, Akira preferred swift killing, to bathe in blood, rather than to be kept clean like she.
Akira's blood thirst became widespread in Gran Pulse, either watching her take down monsters with her whip, Vipe, originally Sonia's but the 'soul' in Vipe rejected her, yet slithered on with Akira, or devouring their neighbors. Despite Akira's terrible reign was widely known, few have lived to tell how bad it was. There is also a slight possibility that there may not have any survivors of Akira's attack.
Children, woman, men, animals - nothing was safe from Akira, until she managed to break away from her sister. When it happened, Scara's parents were murdered and she herself was about to before Akira whimsically killed her parent's killer. Before Akira could kill Scara, she watched this tiny human girl cry over her dead brother, trying to bring his cold body back to life.
Since that day, Gran Pulse has only heard whispers of dragon appearances that come and go, but never heard even a whisper about Akira, the Psychotic Dragon, who was psychotic no more. However, it would change when Akira and Scara were separated, which was normal, but someone happened to find Scara. Akira, keen about Scara's safety, was too late when she reached Scara's unconscious body.
Akira and Sonia had a fight, which Akira eventually won, at a dear price. Akira knew Sonia was dying but she didn't feel too hot herself - Sonia's electric attacks had kicked in and she could feel her insides finally calculating the inward damage. Then, the Calamity happened, and Akira was blasted to Cocoon, far away from Gran Pulse.
Despite losing most of her draconic powers, Akira will search for Scara until she is found, safe. By any means necessary.[/blockquote]

Vipe
This unusual snake whip has been infused with necromancer magic, from an unknown being, and is actually alive. Vipe, however, was not a snake to begin with - he was just an ordinary golden snake with his scales slightly extended to rip more skin off. Vipe has no poison, but can launch surprise attacks at Akira's will, for hs responds to Akira's emotions.
If she doens't like something he'll deal with it. Vipe is also famous for digging into dirt and soil, to launch surprise attacks.

Blind Focus - Only able to be utilized while under the Blind aliment, the user deals Moderate damage to a single enemy. Blind most be inflicted by enemy - 1 post cooldown || Cost: 20 LP
Momentum - Every time an attack lands successfully the attacker is granted an attack power boost of 10%. - Costs 15 LP
Merciless - Upon being reduced to critical status, the user will do a quarter additional damage. - Costs 15 LP

Blood of the Valice
Akira, unlike her sister, has not lost all of her possible dragon blood. Though as a way to keep sane, most of the dragon blood she's left with is dormant, and not within Akira's knowledge. However, the ability to transform fully into a dragon is not possible, even when Akira fully masters what blood she has left.
Stage One: The Claw
One of Akira's arms turns into a miniature black, scaly dragon arm, covered with black scales, and has golden claws. This only allows her to double the damage she normally deals and can use it for 2 posts, while the cooldown is 6, including the 2 turns it's been activated in.[/blockquote]
