Selphie is a slender and rather short young woman who stands at 5’1 and a half in height, despite being small she is pretty toned from her career as a SeeD. Her arms and stomach are probably her more toned parts of her body, mainly because of her use of weapon has full use of her arms and she is a very active person. Her hair is a shiny brunette in colour and would probably reach just past her shoulders if she didn’t have a certain hairstyle. Instead it appears her hair is only chin length considering the ends of her brunette strands are flicked up and outwards, curling upwards but not enough so it’s a complete curl all the way around. Selphie’s eyes are a bright shade of emerald green that really stands out against her pale complexion and her dark chocolate hair.
For clothes she has two main outfits, the one that she wears the least though is her official SeeD outfit, which consists of a long black skirt with knee high boots. On her top half of her body she wears a dark blouse with dark blue shoulders in the style of a sailor collar, gold trim is stitched into the material in a certain pattern. Around her neck is a dark red tie with a golden clasp around the top with the SeeD emblem etched into the metal, finally around the end of the sleeves are a red material with gold trim around the top and bottom of the maroon edge. For her normal outfit which she wears more often, Selphie wears a short and tight fitting yellow dress with straps going over the shoulders to keep the garment up, there are also silver clasps on the straps like dungarees. From top to bottom of the yellow dress is a silver zipper which goes straight down the front, there are also two pockets located on the backside of the dress. For accessories, Selphie tends to wear a bright blue strap around her left wrist and a silver necklace around her neck in the shape of a mini poker machine reel. Finally she wears a pair of brown cowboy boots which reach up to her mid-calf to complete her outfit.

PERSONALITY[/font]
Selphie is a cheerful, bubbly, positive and generally energetic young woman who always seems to be smiling. She’s pretty fun loving as well and hates being bored; she’s generally busy entertaining herself and is often the life and soul of the party with her outgoing and cheerful nature. She can be rather childish at times, often acting much younger than she really is however just like everyone else she can have her serious moments even though they aren’t super common, she isn’t all sunshine and rainbows all the time. She’s a rather imaginative and creative young woman, often making up words of her own and is also capable of designing and running her own website. Though she may appear rather silly and ditzy at times, especially when singing her favourite train song, Selphie is in fact, very intelligent beyond her childish and hyperactive personality. She is more or less a technological wiz considering she is skilled with vehicles and computers and is capable of piloting airships with relative ease and even capable of disarming military weapons like missiles, as mentioned before she also creates and runs websites.
When Selphie gets upset or down, she tends to mask this with her upbeat personality, pretending that everything is perfectly fine even when something is troubling her. She doesn’t like anyone to know when she is really unhappy and she is fearful of becoming depressed, this is why she puts up a fake act of happiness to pretend to others and herself that everything will be okay. She is a loyal and caring friend but can also be stubborn and very determined at times, she’s always up for a challenge as well but a fault of hers is that sometimes she doesn’t think things out all the way through, often acting and speaking before she thinks. Also she can be rather oblivious sometimes to the things going on around her, this can get her into trouble at times or even being viewed as annoying because she sometimes isn’t completely serious. She also gets lonely pretty easily and enjoys being in the company of others, she does better in a group or in a pair than being all alone. She is also known for being a fairly clumsy individual, often tripping over her feet or over something however it is to be noted that despite this she can handle her weapon with the utmost grace.
Selphie has a passion for riding on trains, music, messing around with technology, having fun and also really enjoys being on the Garden Festival Committee.

Upon learning from Irvine Kinneas that the GF’s were erasing a part of their memory for using them, Selphie decided to keep and write in a diary every day, so she wouldn’t forget things when the Guardian Creatures continue to wipe her memory. This way she’ll always remember what happened in her past. She still writes in a diary to this day, getting into the habit of it now and never forgets to write in it before she goes to bed at night. Her current diary is a bright blue in colour with a cute sun in the bottom left hand corner with a smiley face on it.

Selphie has only recently started playing the card game and therefore, doesn’t have very many tough cards and is a little bit of an amateur when it comes to playing. Even so she has a fairly interesting deck and some rare cards that she has come across; chances are she’ll lose them to a better player by the end of the week though with her inexperience.

As soon as Selphie Tilmitt was born into the world of Geae she was sent to live at the orphanage ran by Edea Kramer and her husband Cid. The reason for this was because her mother had given birth to her at the tender age of sixteen, her father had no desire to become a parent and her mother herself felt too young to actually keep the baby, so instead of getting an abortion, Selphie was born into the world so that she could perhaps one day be adopted by a couple who were incapable of having children of their own. Until that time though, Selphie was raised in the orphanage alongside a bunch of other kids, she was especially close to a young boy around her age named Irvine as well as a girl a little bit older named Quistis. She and Irvine often found themselves getting into trouble at the orphanage and during her days there she formed a small childish crush on her friend, the two of them often found together. Selphie loved her time there at the orphanage and seemed to get along with nearly everyone with her bubbly attitude, unfortunately the time at the orphanage couldn’t last and before long Edea and Cid closed down the orphanage to focus on Garden.
Selphie was adopted by a nice couple who couldn’t have children and through she loved her adopted parents dearly, she was upset over the fact that she had been separated from her friends, living up in the northern continent near Trabia. She spent a few years with her parents before being sent to Trabia Garden, to train to become a SeeD, though she was excited to fit into this new lifestyle that she had chosen and that had chosen her, she was disappointed that none of her friends from the orphanage were there. Despite this she made fast friends at Trabia Garden and found herself enjoying the rituals of training and hanging out with her friends at the boarding school. During her first year she picked out her weapon of choice, an majorly oversized Nunchaku which she practiced with a lot to make sure she was capable of controlling it properly. It really was an interesting sight, watching clumsy little Selphie become graceful when she had that large weapon in her hands.
At the age of Fourteen when she was taking part in an outdoor training session with some of her friends, Selphie wondered a little bit further off than her group and soon came across a rather strong monster. After a tough battle she managed to defeat the creature with a few cuts and bruises, however after the battle she found a Guardian Force had been hiding within the monster. Though Trabia Garden didn’t support the use of GF’s they had been taught about them so Selphie was knowledgeable about what it was, without really thinking though she decided to Junction it. This was a serious mistake though and because she had decided to Junction with the GF she had to pay a price. Within a year she accidently lost the GF and along with it, the summon creature stole her knowledge of that certain creature as well as her memories from her past, forgetting all her past memories from the orphanage up to when she enrolled in Trabia Garden. During her remaining years at Trabia Garden she continued with her training and took her SeeD written exam, which she passed, before being transferred over to Balamb Garden so that she could complete the rest of her training at the age of Seventeen.
At Balamb Garden she would soon come to meet up with her past friends at the orphanage, save for Irvine, however she no longer had any memories of them what so ever. While there Selphie became involved in the Garden Festival Committee and she became very dedicated to the committee, especially because she couldn’t take part back in Trabia. She also managed to pass her SeeD field exam during one of her first days and became one of the few to become an official member of SeeD.
From there she took part in a mission in Timber with two of her orphanage friends, Zell and Squall. The next mission they would take together would unite her with Quistis and Irvine, as well as making a new friend in Rinoa Heartilly. The group journeyed to Deling City in a mission to assassinate the Sorceress Edea, her former guardian at the orphanage. The mission was deemed a failure and for their crimes in trying to kill the Sorceress she and her fellow SeeD members, save for Irvine, were thrown in prison. From there some devastating happened to Selphie, Galbadia fired a missile attack at Trabia and Balamb Garden. Too late to save Trabia from their impending doom, Selphie led a team to the Galbadia missile base to take revenge on her first Garden. With her two teammates, Selphie attempted to self destruct the facility with the remaining missiles, only to be locked in the base with her two teammates. When all seemed lost, Selphie came up with a plan to hide in an armoured vehicle they had recently fought and won against, her quick thinking saved her and the other two from being killed by the explosions.
Later on Selphie and the others met up with the rest of the team and they returned to Balamb Garden which had survived the missile attack. For a little while Selphie was depressed with the events which had recently happened however she soon perked up once Irvine started to cheer her up. Later that night Selphie along with Irvine organised a mini-party for Squall to congratulate him on his recent promotion, herself, Zell, Quistis and Irvine decided to play a song for Squall and Rinoa.
Next Selphie requested to go back to Trabia and upon returning she was hit with the devastation of her old home and instantly became depressed and emotionally shattered because of what happened. She spent some time alone from her teammates, paying her respect to her fallen comrades and talking to her old friends which had survived. This was where Irvine told them about them all coming from the orphanage, managing to restore everyone’s memories about their pasts which had been erased by the GFs. From then on Selphie decided to keep a diary so she would never forget what had happened to her again. The group then departed from Trabia and Selphie went with them, bidding her old home farewell once again and wishing the survivors luck with rebuilding the fallen garden.
She then took part in the great Battle of the gardens where she fought for Balamb against Galbadia, after the battle against Sorceress Edea the fighting finished. From then on she went on to help Squall with travelling to Esthar City and soon became faced with the problem of the Lunatic Pandora. When Squall and Rinoa came back from space with the ship Ragnarok Selphie took up the position of the pilot and she was the one to drive the vehicle through the Lunatic Pandora’s force field and destroy a part of it with the guns and lazors, creating a hole big enough for the gang to enter. Before long they all faced up against Sorceress Adel and the gang managed to survive and were sent off to face Sorceress Ultimacia, where after a long and hard battle they finally managed to defeat her. They then managed to make it through the time compression by believing strongly in their existence, friendship and their love for one another and was transported back to the present time. From there Balamb Garden celebrated their victory against the evil sorceress, Selphie generally spent most of the night obviously enjoying herself and filming the occasion so that they would all remember it while wearing Irvine’s cowboy hat. To say the least the night was very eventful, especially when Zell nearly choked on a plate of hotdogs and when Rinoa and Squall kissed! Unfortunately the camera ran out of batteries at that part, damn!
After that Selphie has stuck with Balamb Garden, settling into the less than hectic lifestyle that had settled down after Ultimacia was defeated. She often goes on SeeD missions, hangs out with her friends and is still a Committee member.

Nunchaku -- Strange Vision
This weapon is famous for its rarity and Selphie treasures it, she is capable of using this weapon to its utmost capabilities because of her dedication for training. The chain linking the two crimson bars is silver in colour and the bar is also the same colour at the tip. At the ends of the long bars is aquatic three claw like features, clearly made for extra damage when hitting enemies.

A spell that creates a mirror like barrier on one target, any Magick that is cast upon the target, will be reflected to another enemy target.

Slots is a completely random Limit Break, the slot will chose a spell at random and the amount of times that it’ll be used. The spell which is used can be from either the ones that she currently knows in her abilities or one of four special spells which comes hand in hand with the Limit Break. For the moment she only has one of these special spells unlocked but as she levels up she will be able to unlock the remaining three which she’ll be able to use. The amount of times that the limit break can be used per thread is one and the amount of times the spell will be used will be determined by a randomiser.[/blockquote]
full cure -- Her only unlocked 'special spell' so far, this fully heals the parties strength and also gets rid of any status ailments.
